You climb up the stairs with smiles and heart,
Yet clinging on to the ease of start.
Your legs move up and mind moves down,
To blush and smile, and laugh and cry.
Then you pause to think for a while,
But at the peak is that lustrous goal,
Or may be a way for an empty soul?
Now you know that a step ahead is a step behind,
But you know you can't stop and stand.
Yes you know that it's a battle of mind,
With a mind that is 'Stable and Sound'!
